CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Call it yogurt on wheels. TCBY (The Country's Best Yogurt) recently launched a new frozen yogurt truck here as part of the company's franchise expansion plans. The company says the mobile truck model is the first of its kind.
The truck offers four flavors that change periodically, along with a range of toppings. A Facebook page alerts customers to the daily location of the truck throughout the area.

RALEIGH, N.C. — North Carolina's top agriculture official says his agency will implement new rules aimed at preventing the sale of falsely labeled honey at its five farmers markets across the state.
NC Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler says beginning June 1, vendors at department-operated farmers markets must apply for approval to sell honey labeled or advertised as “sourwood” or “North Carolina.”
